Breaks and stretching exercises
For many of us, the only movement we make while working in the office is the one we make with the mouse cursor. However, sitting all day long takes its toll on our bodies, as humans were not designed to sit for long periods of time. You will certainly benefit your body and significantly improve your work productivity if you include a five-minute break and stretching exercises in your working hours, ideally every 60 minutes. This will give your eyes and brain a rest, shake off fatigue and stretch your muscles at the same time. Get inspired by exercises that you can do in the comfort of your office. You can also practice these exercises in a suit or a business suit, and you will definitely not sweat.
You will also relieve your back by regularly alternating between a classic chair and short-term sitting on our Ballo chair, whose design was inspired by the classic gymnastic ball, which helps with back pain and forces the user to maintain proper posture when sitting, or on the Saddle Seat chair, whose unique triangular seat forces the user to maintain an upright posture in a position reminiscent of sitting in a horse saddle, which straightens the thigh part of the body, relaxes the hips and keeps the spine in a lordotic (natural) curvature, thus supporting proper posture.
