Pads are a modern element in computer workplace ergonomics. However, not every mat is professional and its specification intended for quality work and reducing the risks of occupational diseases. The pad is made of high-density polyethylene around the perimeter, in the middle where the wrist touches the polyurethane pad it is soft, molded to your wrist and covered with a special lycra fabric.

Technogel®

Technogel® is a unique material that combines the 3D expansion of a liquid and the shape stability of a solid state. It is a completely non-toxic and stable polyurethane gel mass (made without the use of oil) that was developed for the healthcare sector and is now used in a wide range of other value-added applications. The main features that make Technogel® better than any conventional gels produced in Asia are 3D deformation properties and shape stability. When the gel is pressed, it deforms in all 3 axes: "up-down", "right-left", "forward-back". Inexpensive gels only expand "up-down", causing significant pressure build-up in areas of direct contact. You will know the difference at the first touch!

Origin and production of Technogel® material: Italy

ABS or Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene is a relatively new, extremely strong and tough plastic with high resistance to pressure shocks even at low temperatures, crack propagation and abrasion resistance. Furthermore, this material resists atmospheric influences, UV radiation and has a high attenuation coefficient (sound dampening). A big advantage is its extremely low thermal conductivity, so no insulation is necessary, which predetermines this material for use in cold and air-conditioned spaces. The proportions can vary from 15 to 35% of acrylonitrile, 5 to 30% of butadiene and 40 to 60% of styrene by weight.
