Terms and Conditions
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
By placing an order, the buyer accepts the Terms and Conditions for the supply of goods issued by the seller. The relationship between the buyer and the seller is governed by these terms and conditions, which are binding for both parties unless explicitly stated otherwise in the contract. These terms define and specify the rights and obligations of the seller and its customers (buyers) and, in their current form, constitute the content of the purchase agreement (for the supply of goods) or form its integral part. The seller undertakes to deliver the ordered goods to the buyer under the conditions set forth in these terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”), and the buyer undertakes to accept the ordered goods and pay the purchase price to the seller.
2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
The subject of the agreement is only the items explicitly listed in the purchase agreement/order (hereinafter referred to as “goods”). We commit to supplying our customers with:
• Faultless goods in accordance with specifications or characteristics typical for the given type of goods, compliant with standards, regulations, and laws valid in the Czech Republic.
3. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE
The place of performance is the location specified in the order. The taxable supply date is governed by applicable law.
4. ORDERING GOODS, CONCLUDING THE AGREEMENT
For the validity of an electronic order, all required information and details in the form must be correctly completed. Information about the individual technical steps leading to the conclusion of the agreement is evident from the ordering process in our online store, and the buyer has the opportunity to review and correct the order before its submission. After entering all contact details and placing the desired goods into the shopping cart, the buyer sends/confirms the order. The seller will promptly confirm receipt of the order electronically to the email address provided by the buyer in the user interface or the order.
By submitting the order, the purchase agreement is concluded. From this moment, mutual rights and obligations arise between the buyer and the seller. For the validity of an electronically submitted order, all required information and details in the form must be correctly completed.
Depending on the nature of the transaction (quantity of goods, price, transport costs, distance, etc.), the seller reserves the right to request order authorization from the buyer in an appropriate manner, such as by phone, email, or in writing.
If the buyer orders any chair model without requesting original fabric or metal samples, they assume the risk of a potential unsuccessful complaint in case of disputes regarding color shades. Natural materials may vary from the photos displayed in the store.
5. PRICE AND PAYMENT
Current prices are available upon request via email. Prices remain valid until a new price list is issued. The seller reserves the right to correct printing errors and adjust prices in the event of exchange rate changes, significant inflation increases, or substantial changes in supplier conditions. The purchase price is considered paid only when the total purchase price for a separate delivery part is credited to the seller’s account, paid in cash at the seller’s cash desk, or collected by cash on delivery. The seller remains the owner of the goods until full payment of the purchase price.
An invoice issued based on the purchase agreement between the seller and the buyer also serves as a tax document. A sales receipt issued for cash payments also serves as a tax document. The buyer may only take possession of the goods after full payment unless otherwise agreed. For custom-made goods, a 50% deposit of the sale price must be paid before production begins.
6. DELIVERY TIME
The delivery time starts upon confirmation of a binding order, provided all necessary documents for timely processing are received. If the goods are in stock, the seller undertakes to deliver them to the buyer within five working days unless otherwise agreed.
If the goods are not in stock or cannot be dispatched within five days, the seller will notify the buyer of the expected delivery date, which the buyer must approve. The delivery period is deemed met if the goods are prepared for handover at the place of performance on or before the last day of the agreed or subsequently agreed delivery period.
If the seller cannot dispatch the goods within five working days, they must refund any payments made by the buyer without undue delay. For custom-made goods, the delivery time is extended, and the buyer will be informed of the delivery schedule.
7. ASSEMBLY
We provide professional assembly services for all our products (assembly is not included in the product price).
8. WARRANTY
The warranty period begins on the day the goods are received by the buyer or the final user. The seller guarantees the quality and completeness of the delivery. The goods are delivered with a warranty as stated on the product’s catalog sheet. Batteries or accumulators included in the product are subject to a six-month lifespan warranty, as they are considered consumable materials. Complaints are handled in accordance with the complaint procedure.
9. WITHDRAWAL FROM THE AGREEMENT
Unless otherwise stated, the buyer-consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement in accordance with §1829 of the Czech Civil Code within fourteen (14) days of receiving the goods. The returned goods must be undamaged, clean, and in their original packaging.
If the buyer withdraws from the agreement, they must return the goods and submit a completed return protocol either electronically or in writing, attached to the returned goods. Goods sent by cash on delivery will not be accepted.
In the event of withdrawal, the seller will refund all payments, including delivery costs, within fourteen (14) days of receiving the return.
10. FINAL PROVISIONS
The seller commits to protecting all provided data and will not share, sell, or use personal data for commercial purposes without written consent from the buyer.
The purchase agreement, including terms and conditions, is archived electronically and is not publicly accessible. Prices include VAT, and disputes can be resolved through Czech Trade Inspection or alternative dispute resolution platforms.
