WAVE
The Wave fabric, originally intended for sportswear, meets the demanding requirements for the properties of the upholstery fabric and the Humanscale chair production technology. This two-layer stretch fabric meets the demands of heavy-duty upholstery with a margin. Wave colors and fabrics are based on a wide range of natural colors.

VELLUM
This fabric is woven from a mixture of nylon and elastic yarns. It is characterized by extreme durability. Thanks to the addition of Condura, this single-layer fabric withstands even the most demanding environments. It easily meets the requirements for heavily stressed upholstery. It is impregnated with an agent that makes it resistant to water and dirt. Vellum has a high durability, does not absorb moisture or dirt.

Vita is a leather-look vinyl with a fine grain surface effect and a full matte finish. It provides maximum protection for demanding end-use applications in industries such as education, healthcare and hospitality. Available in a wide range of 51 possible colours, designed to complement and coordinate with other Camira products, including the special Halcyon fabric collection. Vita is free of phthalate plasticisers and heavy metals, yet remains soft, flexible and pliable.

Lotus fabric is aptly named after a plant known for its healing properties, beauty and purity. Lotus is one of the latest creations from award-winning designer Elizabeth Whelan. Water-resistant and easy to maintain, it is the ideal fabric for hospital and healthcare environments. Its polyurethane surface with a nylon backing has a soft texture that is pleasant to the touch, while offering high durability. Its four-way stretch design provides flexibility for easy adaptation to Humanscale’s uniquely ergonomically designed seats. Lotus meets and exceeds all performance requirements for seating applications, including all high-stress, shrinkage and medical testing requirements.

Elizabeth Whelan designed the translucent mesh for the Humanscale chairs to ensure optimal ergonomic position and comfort for the user. She achieved this by combining strength, adaptability and flexibility. Their properties meet various US and European standards with a large margin. They are very pleasant to the touch. In addition, they are extremely gentle on your clothes. This versatile mesh can be used to upholster the back and seat of the Diffrient World chair and the backrest of the Liberty chair.
